Photovoltaic Module Damp Heat Test Chamber

The Photovoltaic Module Damp Heat Test Chamber is designed to simulate high humidity, high temperature, and temperature cycling conditions for reliability testing of photovoltaic (PV) modules. It is widely used by PV module manufacturers, testing laboratories, and research institutes to evaluate the long-term resistance of modules to damp heat conditions.

It meets the requirements of the Temperature Cycle (TC) test specified in Clause 4.11 of IEC61215-2016, Clause MST51 of IEC61730-2016, and Clause 35 of UL1703. It also complies with the Humidity-Freeze (HF) test requirements stipulated in Clause 4.12 of IEC61215-2016, Clause MST52 of IEC61730-2016, and Clause 36 of UL1703.

- Full welding technology for the inner wall of the cabinet to prevent water seepage, ensuring a long service life of the cabinet.

- Automatically controlled pressure relief holes to prevent the cabinet from deformation.

- Adopting a two-stage refrigeration system with strong refrigeration capacity and high efficiency.

- Touch screen control for the operation of the cabinet. - Equipped with a cooling tower, enabling the cabinet to be used independently.

- Configured with heat-insulating brackets.

- Utilizing a special heat dissipation channel to avoid excessive temperature caused by long-term high-current heating, ensuring long-term uninterrupted operation of the equipment.

- Employing a stable constant current power supply to prevent overload and power failure caused by unstable internal resistance of components under high and low temperature alternations.

- Equipped with an over-temperature alarm to avoid potential hazards caused by overheating of components due to high current.

- Adopting multi-channel current recording and control functions to realize individual temperature control for each component, ensuring that each component meets the experimental conditions while monitoring the temperature performance of each component under high and low temperature alternations.

- The output current is controlled by temperature.

- Excellent human-machine interface: Using high-quality industrial computers with the MICROSOFT WINDOWS SERVER 2003 operating system to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment. It can monitor specific current and temperature data, retrieve current and temperature curves throughout the process, and output and print them in EXCEL format.
