                                                               Component Aging Chamber
High-temperature aging chamber / constant temperature aging room is a device specifically designed for simulating a high-temperature and harsh environment test for high-performance electronic products such as electric vehicle chargers, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic power, photovoltaic energy storage, solar energy inverters, computer complete units, displays, terminals, automotive electronic products, PCBA, power supplies, mainboards, monitors, electrical appliances, switched chargers, etc. It is an important experimental equipment for enhancing the stability and reliability of products, and an important production process for improving product quality and competitiveness.

Temperature range
Type A: RT + 45℃  The insulation material is either rock wool or polyurethane.
Type B: RT + 70℃  The insulation material is either rock wool or polyurethane.
Type C: RT + 85℃  The insulation material is either rock wool or polyurethane.
Insulation materials
Choose either rock wool or polyurethane (50cm, 7.5cm, 10cm, standard thickness of three options or customer-specified).

Determined according to the size of the aging chamber.
Installation power supply: 
380V; 50 Hz. If the power supply is 220V, a minimum current of 120A must be provided for our installation.
Control System and Protection Measures:
1. The electrical control design is based on the "Low Voltage Power Distribution Design Code" GB50054-95, "Power Supply and Distribution Design Code" GB5002S2-95, and "Electrical Installation Engineering Grounding Device Construction and Acceptance Code" GB50169-92, making the electrical control design standardized.
2. The aging function design for the control system. A control cabinet is designed for the aging function. The aging time, temperature, and various operation switches can be operated on one control cabinet; the cabinet panel is designed to be beautiful and easy to operate.
3. The aging process can be fully automated, with some abnormal self-processing functions, making the operation automated and simplified.
4. It has multiple protection functions, reliable.
a. Electric heating anti-dry-burning, when the fan fails or the temperature inside the duct is too high, the entire power supply will be automatically cut off, and the alarm will sound.
b. The design of electric heating and fan linkage, when the fan fails to start, the heater cannot be started alone.
c. The connection of the heater uses high-temperature-resistant wire, which does not burn at 300℃.
d. Indoor installation of high-temperature-resistant 40W explosion-proof lighting fixtures to increase the bulb lifespan and prevent bulb explosion.
e. The storage body uses non-flammable insulation materials, with good insulation performance and a high coefficient.
f. Over-temperature sound and light alarm function: During the aging process, if there are situations such as over-temperature or overload, the aging room will automatically cut off the power supply and the alarm will sound.
Structure and Materials:
1. Housing material: The interior and exterior of the housing are made of color steel plate or stainless steel, galvanized sheet, and the middle part is composed of rock wool insulation material.
2. The product adopts a five-sided insulation design. (Optional six-sided insulation, with six-sided insulation using channel steel frame and insulation filling, and an upper layer of 3mm thick anti-slip steel plate!)
3. Insulation materials:
Rock wool or polyurethane insulation sandwich panels with thicknesses of 5cm/7.5cm/10cm.
4. Insulation double doors (please specify when ordering!) The doors are equipped with an observable glass window (size: 395*595mm), allowing customers to observe the internal test situation at any time; the device is generally designed in the middle of the width, and customers can also specify the actual position as needed.
5. Temperature measurement body: PT-100 platinum resistance.
6. Wall-mounted power distribution control box is beautiful and elegant, with a reasonable position setting and convenient operation. (When ordering, you can choose cabinet-type power cabinet, and additional instructions are required.)
Ventilation and air circulation system:
1. It adopts high-quality ventilation and air circulation units to achieve forced convection vertical diffusion circulation. The fan is a high-temperature-resistant micro motor, with three-phase 380v power supply, a wind volume of 3560m/h, and an outlet static pressure of 961pa.
2. The air circulation system follows the European test concept, placed on the top of the laboratory, with a design of left and right air outlets and middle return air. The wind speed and pressure all meet the test standards, and the temperature stabilizes quickly during the opening and closing of the door.
3. Optimized ventilation design, powerful air supply and circulation, avoiding any dead corners, enabling uniform temperature distribution within the room.
4. More energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, meeting current international and domestic environmental protection requirements.
5. Quieter operation, better ensuring the working environment of the office and the laboratory operators.
6. Convenient for maintenance and repair, facilitating daily equipment management.
7. High-quality and reasonable design, the ventilation angle can be adjusted by yourself, achieving better circulation effect and ensuring better uniformity.
8. All components have extremely high reliability, and the components are all made of imported, Taiwanese and other well-known brand components.
9. High-quality axial flow fan, the body is designed outdoors, which can better resist aging and extend the product lifespan to the limit.
10. Exhaust and intake design, when the temperature inside the chamber rises to the set value, the exhaust and intake will automatically open. It can discharge the temperature inside the chamber, better ensuring the required value of the product. Thus, it avoids unnecessary losses for the enterprise due to temperature surges (optional).
Heating system:
1. It adopts high-performance finned high-speed heating stainless steel electric heaters, which have fast heating speed and excellent performance.
2. The heating elements are evenly blown into the chamber by the fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
3. The system is completely independent and does not affect the performance of the refrigeration system or the control circuit, etc.
4. The temperature control output power is all calculated by the microcomputer PID algorithm. It automatically controls the operation of the heating elements according to the load size in the chamber to achieve high precision and high efficiency energy utilization, and is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

4. Touch-based setting and digital direct display. All conditions are fully locked by the microcomputer automatically.
5. It has the function of P.I.D. automatic calculation, which can reduce the inconvenience caused by manual setting.
6. It uses a calibration-type signal converter to prevent signal distortion, to facilitate the accuracy of machine verification when verifying the machine in the future.
