The ozone aging test chamber is a specialized equipment that simulates the ozone environment in the atmosphere to conduct accelerated aging tests on high-molecular materials such as rubber, plastics, and elastomers. Its core function is to precisely control parameters such as ozone concentration, temperature, humidity, and tensile stress inside the chamber, to evaluate the cracking, degradation, and performance attenuation of materials under ozone exposure, providing data support for material formula optimization, product quality inspection, and service life assessment. It is widely used in rubber products, automotive industry, electrical wires and cables, aerospace, and other fields.

The test chamber achieves accelerated aging through a closed-loop system of "ozone generation - environmental control - stress application - sample monitoring":
Ozone generation: Stable concentrations of ozone are produced by an ozone generator and mixed with the airflow before being sent into the test chamber;
Environmental control: Precise control of the temperature and humidity inside the chamber to simulate different regional atmospheric conditions;
Stress application: Elastic materials are subjected to fixed-stretch stress (such as 5%, 10%, 20% stretch rate) through a sample stretching device to accelerate the ozone cracking process (stress concentration areas are more prone to cracking);
Damage monitoring: Regular observation or real-time recording of the cracking time, crack density and size on the sample surface, combined with mechanical property tests (such as tensile strength, elongation at break) to assess the aging degree.
