Bag method VOC emission chamber
Muni can provide 24m ³ and 42m ³ bag based VOC release chambers, while other bag based VOC release chambers can be customized.
Working Principle
The process of testing pollutant emissions using the bag method sampling chamber involves placing materials and products or their samples inside the chamber. Based on the need to adjust the temperature, relative humidity, air change rate, and other environmental conditions in the chamber, samples are taken from inside the chamber, and appropriate methods are used to analyze the gas samples to identify the main pollutants and their concentration changes over time. Then, based on the measured concentrations, the release rates and release characteristics of the materials and products are determined.

Sampling Bag Automatic Inflation Device

On the controller, the inflation flow rate and total volume can be set and automatically completed. When operating multiple sampling bags simultaneously, automatic switching can be performed to improve efficiency.
Chamber Body Structure

Internal Material
The interior uses SUS mirror-finish stainless steel material. The exterior uses white color-coated steel plate, with intermediate PU insulation material (thickness 100mm) + fireproof treatment, and the edges are surrounded by dedicated aluminum profiles.
External Material
Dedicated warehouse board splicing structure (color-coated steel plate)
Internal Support Frame of Chamber
4.1 Equipped with adjustable brackets for easy sample placement. The brackets are made of stainless steel material and do not emit VOCs.
Chamber Door
Double doors, 2x1.9m (width x height). In the locked state, they can be opened internally. Each door is equipped with an observation window, measuring 600mm x 400mm, with transparent tempered glass used for the observation window.
Bottom
Designed to facilitate entry and exit of small vehicles.

The interior uses stainless steel mirror surface 304# material, which is easy to clean and pollution-free.
 
The connection points of the chamber body use stainless steel mirror surface 304# material with PTET, bolted connections.
 
The sealing of the door uses special fluorine-containing materials and stainless steel materials to prevent internal contamination of the equipment structure.
 
Glass viewing windows, sealed with PTET.
 
4.2 Outdoor lighting lamp, through glass inward illumination; indoor lighting lamp: the illuminance at a distance of 1000mm from the bottom reaches 500lux, divided control, switches are installed on all entrances and exits as well as the control room. Emergency lights are configured, with emergency lighting time greater than 1 hour.
 
The floor uses 2mm mirror surface stainless steel 304# material, with additional PTET auxiliary sealing around the perimeter (can add bottom thermal insulation panel according to customer requirements).
 
Circulation fan blades use 316 stainless steel high-temperature resistant centrifugal fan blades, (anti-corrosion, no oily pollution source in the test box).
 
Except for glass and PTET stainless steel materials inside the chamber, there are no other volatile material substances.
 
The new air replacement system is equipped with a frequency conversion fan. The duct also uses mirror surface stainless steel. The air change rate is approximately 10 times/hour (adjustable), meeting the requirement of air replacement within 2 hours.
 
The new air replacement system provides clean air to the chamber, ensuring that the air quality meets the required cleanliness level through air replacement.
 
The positive pressure air system has a pressure holding test leakage rate of 1000Pa: 42m³X10³/min. During equipment operation, the chamber maintains a slight positive pressure of 10Pa.
 
When conducting background concentration inspections of the equipment, customers need to conduct their own sampling tests. Our party will assist in adjusting the chamber's VOC concentration to meet technical requirements.
 
Sampling ports are made on-site after the installation of the equipment according to customer needs.
 
 
 


Control System
Uses a TFT color 10-inch LCD human-machine interface touchscreen automatic controller, directly sets temperature, air change frequency and other parameters, and automatically operates.

Curve Recording Function

Through dedicated PC software, it can directly display and print test data/curves (the printed data table has an unmodifiable mark); or convert the recorded data into an ACCESS database file readable by MS OFFICE.

When the circulating fan blower fails, stop the heater and sample power supply and alarm.

Independent overheating protection mechanism: when the heating system exceeds the set temperature, the heater stops heating, but the system still runs normally. After returning to normal, the heater continues to run normally;

Equipped with alarm lights for motor overload, indoor overheating, etc., sound and light alarm protection


Air Conditioning System
Temperature control: The air heater uses 24KW electric heating. Temperature control uses high-precision PT1000 temperature sensor

Circulating airflow: Designed based on aerodynamics for circulating air ducts

Internal circulation fan uses silent fans (68 decibels), meeting uniformity requirements for circulating airflow. The circulating air duct is equipped with exhaust devices.
