Automobile Whole Vehicle Purification Laboratory
Evaluate the purification function of the air purifier in removing one or more types of pollutants such as particulate matter, gaseous pollutants and microorganisms from the air.
Vehicle interior air quality testing: It can conduct comprehensive tests on microorganisms, gaseous pollutants, particulate matter, odors, allergens, etc. in the vehicle environment. For instance, through equipment such as gas chromatographs, the content of harmful gases like formaldehyde and benzene in the vehicle can be analyzed. Using laser dust particle counters, the concentration of particulate matter can be detected, ensuring that the vehicle interior air quality meets relevant standards and protecting the health of passengers and drivers.
Emission pollutant testing: It can test the pollutants in vehicle exhaust emissions, including carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, etc. The National Environmental Protection Key Laboratory for Motor Vehicle Pollution Control and Simulation (Chengdu Base) is equipped with heavy-duty vehicle environmental chambers, light-duty vehicle laboratories, etc., which can carry out inspection and testing work such as vehicle exhaust emissions and vehicle fuel consumption (energy consumption) of automobiles, meeting the requirements of national emission supervision.
Evaporation emission testing: Mainly for light vehicles, it tests the fuel evaporation emissions. Through equipment such as evaporation enclosures and BWC carbon tank loading systems, it undertakes mandatory inspection tests and research and development verification tests for light vehicle evaporation, refueling, and carbon tank tests, preventing fuel vapor leakage from polluting the atmospheric environment.
