VOC pre-treatment chamber

The pre-treatment chamber can provide a standard temperature and humidity VOC clean environment, test the material temperature, humidity, pressure, VOC release balance, and test the pollutant release rate and release characteristics of materials and products. Place the materials, products or samples in the pretreatment chamber, adjust the temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, pressure, indoor VOC cleaning conditions and other environmental conditions in the chamber, so that the temperature and humidity of the samples in the balance chamber are consistent, and the internal and external pressure of the samples are balanced. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid cross contamination of the sample (TVOC release cross contamination)

Inner Wall Material	Panel assembly structure, with truss reinforcement inside the panel to maintain shape over long-term use. Outer casing material: white color steel plate; inner chamber material: mirror-polished stainless steel, thickness not less than 0.8mm. Insulation material: environmentally friendly PU foam, thickness not less than 100mm. Outer casing and sealing materials do not contain volatile organic compounds.
Chamber Door	4.1 Double doors, 2x1.9m (width x height). Can be opened internally when locked. Each door is equipped with an observation window, size 600mm x 400mm. Doors and windows are framed with aluminum profiles.
Inner Chamber	4.2 Equipped with adjustable racks or small carts for easy placement of samples. Racks and carts do not emit VOCs and are made of stainless steel.
Observation Window	Embedded reinforced glass window, two middle layers filled with nitrogen. The inner side of the glass has an EC film electric heating anti-condensation device.
Indoor Lighting	Four sets of lighting, central position brightness ≥500lux in the test room; illumination at a distance of 1000mm from the bottom reaches 500lux. Group control, switches located at all door entrances and control room. Emergency lights with emergency lighting time greater than 1 hour.
Explosion-proof Pressure Relief Device	Pressure balance port on the panel. When the internal air pressure exceeds a certain level, the balance port automatically opens to release pressure.

Site Requirements

1 Equipment Installation Location: Must not be installed near locations with high VOC emissions; No strong vibrations, no direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources, and no strong electromagnetic radiation. No flammable or corrosive gas atmosphere. No strong air convection, wet steam, and minimal dust in the vicinity.

2. Equipment Power Supply: AC 380V (±10%), Frequency: 50±2% Hz, 3-phase 4-wire + Protective Earth (PE). Grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω, High power: 30KW, equipped with an independent circuit breaker. Provide an independent power distribution switch cabinet (within 5 meters of the equipment), and be responsible for the external power connection.

3.Cooling Water Supply: Pressure 0.32~0.45 MPa, Water temperature ≥ 30°C, Pipe diameter 1 inch, Water flow rate ≥ 10 m³/h.
Tap water source interface Φ25mm, Water pressure ≥ 0.2 MPa.

4. The purchaser's installation site must be leveled before the supplier's construction commences, and the purchaser shall assist the supplier with on-site equipment installation.

5. Humidification Water: Use purified water or distilled water. This equipment includes one set of purified water filter.

6. Operating Environment: Temperature: 5~35°C, Humidity: ≤85% RH.

7. Prepare a circuit breaker with corresponding capacity: 80A.

8. Prepare the water inlet and drain pipeline works in advance.

9. The user needs to provide fresh air inlet and exhaust outlet ports.
