Speedy Climatic Test Chamber

The high and low temperature rapid temperature variation test chamber is used for various electronic and electrical products, as well as other products, components and materials, to conduct environmental simulation reliability tests such as constant and gradual, sudden, and humid heat tests under high and low temperatures. The high and low temperature rapid temperature variation test chamber can achieve parameters such as 5℃/min, 10℃/min, 15℃/min, 20℃/min, etc. Specific customization is available, and the temperature variation range can be adjusted.

Cabinet Structural Features

1 Housing: mono-block construction which comprises all systems necessary for operation; The outer housing will be made of good quality galvanized sheet steel which is inside and outside primered and painted to a standard finish with high quality materials. The exterior surface will have high wear resistance

2 Test space: the internal test space will be made of non magnetic SUS-304 stainless steel with no paint. All the seams will be TIG welded and vapor tight. The surface will be well polished.

3 Interior shell materials: SUS304 stainless steel plate t=1.0mm;

4 Insulation: the insulation material will be of low 'k' factor, high intensity and non hygroscopic nature. The insulation will be multi layered with double vapor barrier. Asbestos free mineral fiber insulation will be used and the thickness is about 125mm.

5 Door: fully-opened and single wing type, double silicone seal, hinges and lock.

6 Internal lighting: One lamp, with control switch placed on the control panel;

7 One shelf: Height is adjustable. shelf support load: 30 kg uniformly distributed;

8 Cable port: One porthole (80mm), by low thermal conductivity materials and equipped with blind plugs.

9 Four castors for easy movement.

10 One Emergency Stop.

Air-conditioning System

1 Regulation and control: Forced circulation for temperature and humidity regulation; Independent PID regulation to achieve consecutive cooling and heating capability; No energy waste deriving from extra heating to compensate extra cooling;

.2 Air-circulation equipment: Powerful blowers driven by external motors with stainless steel shafts;

.3 Heating: Nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, controlled by SSR; protected by failure-safe thermostats;

4 Cooling mode: Direct cooling;

5 Heat exchanger: tube-finned heat exchanger which exchanges the heat with air inside the chamber

Refrigeration System

.1 Refrigerant: environment-friendly fluorine coolant R404a & R23;

2 Consecutive capacity regulation capability;

3 Refrigeration compressor: German Bitzer semi-hermetic compressors

4 The compressed is equipped with electronic suction and discharge pressure sensor, this is convenient for error diagnosis and future maintenance; the pressure can be read on line;

5 Condensation mode: water-cooled condenser;

6 Refrigeration mode: Mechanical compression cascade system;

7 Heat exchanger: plate heat exchanger;

8 An automatic protection design is incorporated into the cooling system and realized by injecting liquid refrigerant into compressor suction pipe. This design can prevent compressor from overheating during the cooling down period from high temperature environment.
