Infrared constant temperature platform

This heating equipment technology utilizes short-wave infrared thermal radiation. Unlike the long and medium waves of far-infrared, short-wave infrared has a wavelength with strong penetrating power, based on which it operates on the principle of ion resonance. This causes the surface temperature to rise rapidly, generating a self-heating effect. Meanwhile, the moisture or solvent in the surface rapidly evaporates from the inside out, accelerating the aging and curing of the product. Therefore, the surface glossiness and fullness are high, the mirror surface is clearer, the coating adhesion is strong, and the "orange peel" and "tear drop" phenomena are less likely to occur, avoiding rework, saving costs and improving efficiency.
