(1) The formaldehyde pretreatment balance chamber system consists of a gas source section, a filtration section, a humidification system, a temperature control system, a jacket compartment, a pretreatment chamber, a system controller, and other components.
(2) Interior of the cabin: Made of mirror stainless steel structure, multiple test compartments are embedded in the jacket compartment, with only the test compartment door remaining on the jacket compartment wall for easy opening. The insulation material for the cabin is flame-retardant glass fiber cotton material
(3) Air source section: Imported turbine fan is used, providing an air flow rate of 20m ³/h, combined with a refrigerated air dryer to dehumidify the compressed air.
(4) Filtering section: Multiple levels of filtering materials are used, including physical filtration, activated carbon filtration, and membrane filtration, to ensure that the filtered air quality meets the background concentration requirements of the testing chamber.
(5) Humidification system: Adopting the wet dry gas balance method for humidification, each test chamber has an independent humidification control unit that can control the humidity of the air in each test chamber according to the setting requirements.
(6) Temperature control system: equipped with heating tubes, cooling coils, circulation system, air ducts, etc.
