Constant temperature and humidity test chamber

The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a professional testing equipment capable of precisely simulating and controlling specific temperature and humidity environments. By creating stable temperature and humidity conditions, it is used to conduct performance tests, reliability verification, and aging tests on various products or samples in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering, automotive components, biomedicine, and textile materials, etc. It is used to evaluate the quality stability, structural integrity, and service life of these products in different temperature and humidity environments. It is one of the core equipment in the laboratories of research institutions, quality inspection centers, and manufacturing enterprises.

Temperature regulation: A "heating - cooling" dual-regulation mode is adopted. The heating system generates heat through nickel-chromium alloy heating tubes or far-infrared heaters, raising the cabin temperature; the cooling system mostly uses single-stage compression refrigeration (applicable above -40℃) or cascade compression refrigeration (applicable below -40℃), utilizing the principle of phase change heat absorption to lower the cabin temperature. Through PID closed-loop control algorithm, the power of heating and cooling is dynamically balanced to maintain stable temperature.
Humidity regulation: A "humidification - dehumidification" complementary mode is employed. Humidification is mostly achieved through ultrasonic humidifiers (producing clean micron-sized water mist) or steam humidifiers, increasing the moisture content in the cabin air; dehumidification is done through the evaporator of the cooling system for condensation dehumidification (low temperature causes water vapor to condense and be expelled) or molecular sieve adsorption dehumidification (applicable to low-humidity scenarios), reducing the cabin humidity. The same closed-loop control ensures the humidity meets the standard.
Air circulation: The cabin is equipped with low-noise centrifugal fans and optimized air ducts (mostly "upward supply and downward return" structure), forcing the circulation of air flow, so that the temperature and humidity generated by heating, cooling, and humidification are evenly diffused throughout all areas of the cabin, avoiding local temperature and humidity deviations, and ensuring the uniformity of the test environment.
